FAQ

 

1. What is your return policy?   Items may be returned PREPAID for a refund, credit or product exchange within 30 days.  Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition with all the complete documentation included.  Returns may be processed by calling 519 281 4413 or e-mailing vincesteeves@premierhighlandservices.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.  Shipping costs will not be refunded and some items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. International orders must be clearly marked as "Return of Product" otherwise we are charged duty and this will delay the processing of your account.
2. How safe is my information?     

Your privacy is our highest concern.  Please access our Privacy Policy for more detailed information. 

All personal and credit information is encrypted with secure software for your protection. 

3. Do you have a shipping policy?

Orders usually takes 1-2 days to process and 1-10 days to deliver.  Unusual delays from the manufacturer may affect this timeline.

We will endeavour to provide the most cost effective method of shipping.  This might not necessarily be the fastest.  We will gladly investigate all methods of shipping upon request.

If shipping is the determining factor to purchasing an item, please email us for a quote BEFORE buying.

 4. Do you gift wrap?  We will be happy to gift wrap and send your purchase to your gift recipient .
